More displaced children are enrolled in secondary school than ever before, yet the figure remains low at just 48 percent in 2019, highlighting the stark contrast between primary and secondary enrollment. The Great Lakes Peace Foundation will meet the immediate needs of victims of civil conflicts and violence in the Great Lakes Region by providing access to primary and secondary education to the affected population. Assistance includes: tuition, school supplies, school uniforms. 

 

Education empowers, it protects, and more importantly it develops a nation.
